*~Adam&Leslie~*: Roller Coaster Ride...which are NOT my favorite!

i have always preferred riding Tilt-a-Whirl....

needless to say things have been up & down over here. sometimes i find myself stopping in the middle of the day & wishing i could hit the pause button. i feel like my days & weeks are FLYING by! i am already in week 5 of 8 of my first term of graduate school. also the swine flu has already been rapidly circulating throughout my school. so far i only have one diagnosed case in my class. i have been a disinfectant freak! the swine flu is not in my agenda for this year ;-) teaching is going well. i am finally starting to get in a rythm. i have also gotten some really positive feedback from several people at my school. my mentor told me she can't believe i am first year teacher (YAY!) i still get homesick for oregon off & on. sometimes when i am driving through the streets i swear i am living someone else's life. it is hard to believe i am a teaher living in UTAH! i look at the mountains & think about how i got here. God is so good & i have peace knowing i am right where He wants me!!

i have an adam update too. he decided he did not want to waste anymore time waiting for spring semester to start at Weber State. he enrolled in Grand Canyon University (the same college i am getting my online Masters degree with.) he starts classes next week! he is going to take one at a time the first semester & see how it goes. he also declared his major...............Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics. we are really excited about how it has all clicked into place! he is currently looking for a part-time job. the job market is tough, so if you could please be praying he finds a job quickly. we just want something he can work 16-20 hours a week to fill in the financial holes.
