we will be pulling out of portland this saturday. we are planning on packing up the truck friday. it is all overwhelming for me. we have been having some issues with our new townhouse in utah. we are living under an HOA & apparently dogs can be an issue. we had already signed the lease and paid our deposits when we were asked by our landlord how much roxy weighs. i said about 70 lbs (which it is really more like 80 lbs, but shhhh! ;) she says oh the HOA ammended their by-laws since the last time i saw them, and they only allow dogs under 40 lbs and less than 18 inches tall. WHOOOPS! roxy is neither of those things, so needless to say it has caused us a lot of uneeded stress :( adam had our landlord call the HOA & tell them we were coming (she wanted to see if it would be a problem & not say anything). the HOA is making us sign a stupid contract & they said if she (roxy) messes up she goes. well i have news for them, not without us she doesn't. so, now we are in the process of telling our landlords we want an addendum with them if something does happen with rox we want out of our lease. fun times! :( hopefully this will get resolved quickly & there won't be any issues.
so we are just trying to get stuff done....adam is still working all this week :( so i am pretty much on my own for the packing part of it. he did alot while he was home this weekend! :) we will get it done we always do!! :) on that note i have errands to run, and crap to pack! enjoy the new pics!
