Our Six-aversary!

adam & i just celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary! we had a blast on our date. we went mini-golfing (one of our favorite past times) & out to dinner. we were laughing about how we are always broke every year at our anniversary due to all our moving. we are almost always moving this time of year & moving is EXPENSIVE! our anniversary was august 30, and i have to say these have been the most wonderful six years of my life. i honestly feel that one of my greatest accomplishments in this life has been my wonderful marriage. it is not easy to sacrifice for the other person's happiness, but it is something adam & i strive to do. i feel like marriages often start to fall apart when you start to take the other person for granted. it can be easy to do when the world tells you it is all about you, & getting what you want now. i pray God never allows me to take adam for granted. i know our marriage has been so successful because we rely on the Lord. in our flesh we are selfish creatures it is through God's grace that marriage can become a beautiful picture of love & forgiveness. thank you Lord for giving me the most amazing husband a girl could ask for, i am truly blessed!
